It was an interesting time with Dr Frank Kyungun, the man at the help of affairs in Benue State Teaching Service Board. He has partnered with ANA on many fronts to reach children in the rural area and promised to continue sponsoring the ANA Benue/Dr Frank Kyungun Literary Competitions for Secondary School Students and even more. He spoke passionately about including secondary schools in our rural campaigns to help children read.
